The Ceramic Pen Cutter is used when cutting shapes from the comic screens. At the tip there is a very tiny ceramic blade which is large enough to cut through the screen, but small enough as to not cut into the illustration underneath. Since the blade is ceramic, it is very durable and long lasting.
